Personalized Flag Case, With Laser Engraved Glass For Large Flag
Those who serve our country give an enormous amount so that we can enjoy the freedoms we have. If you have served, or perhaps have a loved one who has, the American flag that they have be given, or will receive in the future, deserves the best display case befitting that honor. Service men and women give the best of themselves. Now it’s time to give them the best.
These engraved service emblem flag cases are exquisitely designed and crafted in your choice of solid oak, walnut, cherry, or mahogany. The front the case comes with double strength glass, which is engraved with your choice of service emblem: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard. The back panel of the case is layered with crushed velvet, making this the most sought after display case for all American service men and women.
The flag case is specifically designed for the burial or casket flag, which when unfolded measures 5ft X 9 1/2ft. During a funeral service for someone who has served in the U.S. Armed Forces, those from the military who are attending the funeral take the American Flag that had been draped over the coffin and fold it into a triangular shape. After folding the flag in the ceremonial manner, the ranking officer will present the flag to a spouse or loved one, thanking them on behalf of a grateful nation. The spouse or loved one returns home from the funeral, attempting to pickup the pieces of a life with the loved one there.
